Commercial Water Rates vary depending on size of meter. 


BILLING INFORMATION

One bill is sent per month. The bills are mailed on or as close to the 1st of the month as possible.

If a customer does not receive a monthly bill, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the office so that a copy of the bill can be mailed. Failure to receive a monthly bill does not relieve the customer of any payment obligation, prevent late charges from incurring, nor prevent the termination of a service. 


DELINQUENT BILL

A 10% late charge of the current bill will be assessed if payment is not received in full by the 25th day of each month. A customer's account is considered delinquent if any portion of the account is over 30 days late. 


DISCONNECT

A doorhanger will be delivered to each customer with any amount 30 days or more past due. Failure to remit full payment of all current and past due charges, plus the door hanger fee, will result in termination of service. In the event the service needs to be reinstated, a $50.00 reconnect fee will be assessed. 


RETURNED CHECKS

Checks returned for "Insufficient Funds", "Closed Account", or other similar reasons will result in the account being billed a Service Charge of $25.00. Repeated occurrences of returned check could result in loss of service, increase in the required deposit, or discontinuance of accepting checks for future payments.

Trenching and Road Boring are the responsibilities of the homeowner. 

All Easements are customer's responsibility to get signed and have recorded. 


LEAK POLICY

Un-repaired leaks can be costly. It is very important that all leaks be repaired as soon as possible. The policy of the Association is that all water that goes through the meter on the customer's side is the responsibility of the customer.
